Spørgsmål 92

Kan ministeren oplyse, hvorfor "The Impact of Length of the School Year on Student Performance andEarnings: Evidence from the German Short School Years" er på ministerens liste over referencer, der er tilgået udvalget som alm. del bilag 115 (2012-13) i forbindelse med samrådsspørgsmål J, hvori ministeren bedes "oplyse om evidens mellem antallet af aktivitetstimer og øget faglighed i folkeskolen", når det af denne fremgår, at "I do not find negative effects of shorter schooling on earnings and employment. This is also consistent with the literature on learning outcomes, which also did not show any consistent and permanent negative effects of the reduced instruction time. Taken together, the results suggest that the effects of the short school years were mostly short lived, students quickly caught up, and there were no long term effects on human capital accumulation. I have argued that these results are real, and cannot be easily explained by measurement problems"?
