OSCE PA BUREAU MEETING

The Bureau of the OSCE PA will be held in-person on

Monday 7 April 2025

in Copenhagen,

Denmark. It will be hosted by the Danish Parliament in the

Folketinget

(Landstingssalen).

Interpretation:

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, Italian and French (TBC).

Registration:

We kindly ask you to register and provide additional logistical information, including your

intention to participate in the dinner hosted by the Danish Head of Delegation on Sunday 6

April evening via the OSCE PA online Registration Platform and

no later than 15 March 2025.

Please note that the online registration for the Bureau meeting will open on 28 February 2025.

Transportation:

Kindly note that the International Secretariat is unable to provide transportation to and from

the airport. You can find the taxi station on your right-hand side when you exit customs. Taxis

accept all major credit cards. The airport is also very well connected to the city by train and

metro.

Suggested Accommodation:

The Copenhagen Strand Hotel is suggested based on room rates and proximity to the

Parliament and the International Secretariat. For your convenience, the International

Secretariat has blocked a limited number of rooms at the

Hotel Copenhagen Strand until 5

March 2025.

Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. By booking via the above-mentioned link the

credit card details will be forwarded through a secure connection. Please note that a fee of

between 0.75% and 3.0% can be added to credit card transactions depending on the card

issuer.

Kindly note the cancellation policy of the hotel:

An individual booking can be cancelled until 12 noon 3 days prior to day of arrival without any

cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after the deadline or in the event of a no-show, the

full stay will be charged.

Reservation requests should be sent by 5 March 2025. Reservation requests will be treated

on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms and

prices cannot be guaranteed after the 5 March

deadline.
