Hej, nedenfor er et notat med en kraftig opfordring til at tage øjeblikkelig handling
vedrørende den seneste udvikling i Gaza-krigen.
Som vi har skrevet nedenfor, vil passivitet nu, hvilket indebærer stiltiende accept af Israels
mål om at tømme Gaza for palæstinenserne, være et enormt forræderi mod det
palæstinensiske folk.
Det vil også markant øge sandsynligheden for regional uro i mange år fremover, også i
vores del af verden, som vi viser i nedenstående notat.
Tag konkrete skridt nu! Prøv at inkludere andre lande.
At betragte Israel som en nær ven af Europa efter det, der nu er sket, er utænkeligt for os.
Det samme gælder USA, som er direkte ansvarlig for drabene på palæstinenserne, både
ved at forsyne Israel med dødbringende våben og ved at stå bag Israels ulovlige mål i
krigen.
Gør det rigtige: Husk ambassaden i Tel Aviv, indfør økonomiske sanktioner og anerkend
Palæstina som en stat! Dette skal ske nu!

Introduktion
Tiden er nu definitivt inde til, at verdenssamfundet skal gribe ind mod den brutale krig i
Gaza. Allerede nu er de to stater Israel og USA gået meget langt ud over grænsen for at
bryde humanitær lov i deres krigsførelse mod det palæstinensiske folk.
Israel har mødt modstand fra Hamas og andre grupper og lovede derfor, at krigen mod
Gazas befolkning vil fortsætte i flere måneder endnu.
Israels mål i Gaza-krigen
Israel sigter på at fordrive palæstinenserne fra alle de palæstinensiske områder i
overensstemmelse med deres zionistiske ideologi. For at opnå dette må de knuse al
modstand i det palæstinensiske folk, som tyskerne gjorde ved at slå ned på modstanden i
de besatte europæiske lande under Anden Verdenskrig.
At besejre Hamas og bombe Gaza til ruiner vil derfor være et vigtigt skridt i at nedbryde
det palæstinensiske folks modstand. Og vil øge chancerne for, at det lykkes dem at drive
palæstinenserne ud af Gaza.
Har vi intet lært af de fejl, USA begik efter invasionen af Irak, hvor USA opløste hæren og
alle civile institutioner, som var blevet bygget op af Bath-partiet? Vi kender resultatet: Kaos
i Irak, med etableringen af IS, som straks blev en trussel mod hele regionen, og
inspirerende terroraktioner i Europa.

En lignende udvikling forventes, hvis vi passivt accepterer Israels mål med den
igangværende krig! Dette er ikke raketvidenskab! Israel er ved sin rabiate adfærd klart den
største trussel mod regional fred og varige løsninger på den igangværende konflikt.
Den nødvendige reaktion fra det internationale samfund
Det internationale samfund, med undtagelse af USA, deler ikke Israels krigsmål. Derfor må
resten af verden begynde at lægge reelt pres på Israel og USA.
Da Sikkerhedsrådet er blokeret af USA, skal de enkelte stater tilbagekalde deres
ambassadører fra Israel og USA, med at formidle budskabet om, at hvis fjendtlighederne
ikke ophører med det samme, vil der følge økonomiske sanktioner.
At sidde fejt og hjælpeløst på sidelinjen kan ikke længere være en vej frem. Kløften
mellem Israels formål med denne krig og det internationale samfunds vilje er alt for stor til,
at vi kan sidde passivt.
Israel har nu valgt at blive en stærkt racistisk pariastat, og tiden er inde til at vise dem, at
deres rabiate og dødelige adfærd ikke er acceptabel i en verden, der bør reguleres af lov
og retfærdighed.
At gøre det daglige drab på civile "normalt" for at behage USA og Israel ville være groft
umoralsk og et forræderi mod det palæstinensiske folk. Derudover vil det underminere
respekten for international lov.
Verden ønsker ikke, at det internationale retssystem skal erstattes af supermagten USA's
"verdensorden". I denne konflikt har USA valgt at stille sig på gerningsmandens side både
i forhold til Israels formål med krigen, og derudover har forsynet Israel med dødelige
våben. Derfor er de også lovbrydere og skyldige i folkedrab.
Folkedrab
Mange, herunder advokater, mener, at det, der udspiller sig i Gaza, er folkedrab. Ifølge
folkedrabskonventionen er lande, der har underskrevet den, forpligtet til at reagere aktivt
på folkedrab i den tidligst mulige fase. Også ved mistanke om et påtænkt eller iværksat
folkedrab er kontraherende stater forpligtet til at træffe aktive foranstaltninger for at
standse den potentielle kriminalitet.
Vi kræver, at de europæiske lande opfylder deres internationale forpligtelser, og
udarbejder en plan for aktive foranstaltninger mod krigsforbrydelserne i Gaza og resten af
Vestbredden, uanset om man mener, at der på nuværende tidspunkt er lovgrundlag for at
kalde dette folkedrab eller ej - i alle tilfælde er det blandt de alvorligste krigsforbrydelser,
der er set i efterkrigstiden.

Hello, below is a note with a strong call to take immediate action regarding the latest developments in the
Gaza war.
As we have written below, inaction now, which implies tacit acceptance of Israel's goal of emptying Gaza of
the Palestinians, will be a huge betrayal of the Palestinian people. It will also significantly increase the
likelihood of regional unrest for many years to come, including in our part of world, which we show in the
note below.
Take concrete steps now! Try to include other countries.
Considering Israel as a close friend of Europe after what has now happened is unthinkable to us. The same
applies to the United States, which is directly responsible for the murders of the Palestinians, both by
supplying Israel with deadly weapons and by standing behind Israel's illegal goals in the war.
Do the right thing: Recall the embassy in Tel Aviv, introduce economic sanctions and recognize Palestine as
a state! This must happen now!

Introduction
The time has now definitely come for the world community to take action against the brutal war in Gaza.
Already, the two states of Israel and the United States have gone very far beyond the border to break
humanitarian law in their warfare against the Palestinian people.
Israel has faced resistance from Hamas and other groups, and therefore promised that the war against the
people of Gaza will continue for several more months.
Israel's goals in the Gaza war
Israel aims to expel the Palestinians from all the Palestinian territories, in accordance with their Zionist
ideology. To achieve this, they must crush all resistance in the Palestinian people, as the Germans did by
cracking down on resistance in occupied European countries during the Second World War.
Defeating Hamas and bombing Gaza to ruins will therefore be an important step in breaking down the
resistance of the Palestinian people. And will increase the chances that they will succeed in driving the
Palestinians out of Gaza.
Have we learned nothing from the mistakes the US made after the invasion of Iraq, where the US
disbanded the army and all civil institutions that had been built up by the Bath party? We know the result:
Chaos in Iraq, with the establishment of IS, which immediately became a threat to the entire region, and
inspiring terror actions in Europe.

A similar development is expected if we passively accept Israel's goal with the ongoing war! This is not
rocket science! Israel, by its rabid behavior, is clearly the biggest threat to regional peace and lasting
solutions to the ongoing conflict.
The necessary reaction of the international community
The international community, with the exception of the United States, does not share the war objectives of
Israel. Therefore, the rest of the world must start putting real pressure on Israel and the US.
Since the Security Council is blocked by the United States, individual states must recall their ambassadors
from Israel and the United States, with convey the message that if the hostilities do not cease immediately,
economic sanctions will follow.
Sitting cowardly and helplessly on the sidelines can no longer be a path forward.
The gap between Israel's
purpose in this war and the will of the international community is far too great for us to sit idly by.
Israel
has now chosen to become a strongly racist pariah state, and the time has come to show them that their
rabid and deadly behavior is not acceptable in a world that should be regulated by law and justice.
To make the daily killing of civilians "normal" in order to please the US and Israel would be grossly immoral
and a betrayal of the Palestinian people. In addition, it will undermine respect for international law.
The world does not want the international legal system to be replaced by the superpower USA's "world
order". In this conflict, the US has chosen to side with the offender both in terms of Israels purpose of the
war, and in addition has supplied Israel with lethal weapons. Therefore, they are also lawbreakers, and
guilty of genocide.
Genocide
Many, including lawyers, believe that
what is unfolding in Gaza constitutes genocide.
According to the
Genocide Convention, countries that have signed it are obliged to respond actively to genocide, in the
earliest possible phase. Also, in the event of suspicion of an intended or initiated genocide, contracting
states are obliged to take active measures to stop the potential crime.
We demand that European countries fulfills their international obligations and prepare a plan for active
measures against the war crimes in Gaza, and the rest of the West Bank, regardless of whether one
believes that at the present time there is a legal basis for calling this genocide or not - in all cases it is
among the most serious war crimes seen in the post-war period.
