in order to facilitate the security control
at the main entrance
2. Working languages

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in Greek, English and French.
3. Transportation
•
National delegations and members are responsible for their transfers to and from Athens airport.
Τhere
are 3 means of transport between the airport and the city centre (Syntagma square):
1) Metro (Line 3) - The train departs every 36 minutes, and the duration is approximately 40 minutes
(cost 9 euros)
2) Bus X95
–
it departs every 15-20 minutes and is operational 24/7
3) Taxi - cost around 40-50 euros and duration around 40- 60 minutes depending on the traffic

The above hotels are in the vicinity of Syntagma square and within easy walking distance of the Hellenic
Parliament.
Participants are responsible for their hotel bookings and their payments. Please check with the hotels about

necessary arrangements.
