Honourable Member of the Network,
On behalf of the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank and IMF, it is my pleasure to invite you to the 2023 Global
Parliamentary Forum (GPF), jointly organised with the World Bank and the IMF, will take place
in-person for the first
time since the COVID-19 outbreak, from 10-11 April, in Washington D.C.,
ahead of the 2023 Spring Meetings. I would
be very grateful if you could share this invitation with some colleagues that would be interested in taking part in this
event.
The Forum represents a unique assembly of legislators and development partners, and is dedicated to deliberations
on crucial issues in international development. This year’s Forum will focus on various aspects of the multiple crisis
facing our earth and our common humanity, including climate change, security, governance, accountability, growth,
debt, food, gender and fragility.
The International Secretariat of the Parliamentary Network will send the event programme and other relevant
materials in due course. Sessions will be held in English, French, Arabic and Spanish.
I, hereby, invite you to confirm your participation by clicking on this link (https://form.jotform.com/PNOWB/2023GPF)
and filling out the online registration form. For further information, please contact
[email protected]
or
[email protected].
I greatly look forward to finally meeting you all in person, after so long.
With my very best wishes,
The Rt Hon Liam Byrne MP, UK
Chair of the Parliamentary Network
