Preparations are well underway for the 2023 Regional Forum on Sustainable Development,
taking place on
29
–
30 March 2023.
The theme for this year’s Forum is: “Ensuring
the
implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in the ECE Region in
times of multiple crises.”
The focus will be on monitoring progress as well as identifying
areas for transformative action in order to achieve the SDGs. Outcomes of the Forum will
again contribute to the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development in July as
well as to the SDG Summit in September, which marks the mid-point of the implementation
of the 2030 Agenda.

Format of the sessions
The Regional Forum
29-30 March 2023
will take place as a
hybrid meeting.
However, we encourage
in-
person participation
as much as possible.
The side events will take place in the period
27 - 30 March 2023
as
virtual sessions.
