Challenges of overcoming traffic congestion
•
Construction of new-, or expansion of existing roads only work for a very limited period of time
and has a significant CO2 footprint

Banning private traffic in the city center to avoid congestion, will only fuel the abandonment of
local stores and economy already caused by ecommerce

No room to give preferential treatment to EVs, car sharing /-pooling and autonomous cars as a
