gave af Illegale indsigter, hvor Nikotin-
branchen samler og deler både intern og
ekstern viden om det illegale nikotinmar-
ked med Folketingets sundhedsvalg.

Overtrædelser hos 44 pct. af tobaks-
og nikotinsalgsstederne
10 pct. af nikotinposerne i Danmark er
svenske

Det skal dog understreges, at der er ind-
ført ny regulering i perioden, og at det der-
for er plausibelt, at en andel af overtræ-
delserne ikke er sket bevidst.
Overtrædelser hos 44 pct. af to-
baks- og nikotinsalgsstederne
Sikkerhedsstyrelsen beretter i en presse-
meddelelse 12. juni, at der er konstateret
overtrædelser hos 209 ud af de 477 for-
handlere af tobak og nikotin, som styrel-
sen i 2022 kontrollerede
–
svarende til 44
pct. Hovedparten fik en advarsel, og 88
forhandlere blev politianmeldt.
I 2021 konstaterede styrelsen 125 overtræ-
delser, og der er dermed tale om en stig-
ning i konstaterede overtrædelser på 67
pct. i 2022. Stigningen giver i sig selv an-
ledning til bekymring, og det gør også det
forhold, at overtrædelserne for manges
vedkommende ikke fører til politianmel-
delse, og at der er udstedt ganske få bø-

10 pct. af nikotinposerne i Dan-
mark er svenske
Branchen har fået foretaget en opgørelse
af det internationale konsulenthus WSPM
Group, som har optalt i alt 2.500 nikotin-
posedåser I København, Aarhus, Odense,
Aalborg og Esbjerg. Heraf var 10,6 pct.
udenlandske, og 10,4 pct. stammede fra
Sverige.
Vi har lavet et udtræk fra Nielsen Data,
som viser, at der i de seneste 12 måneder
er solgt 20,8 mio. nikotinposedåser i Dan-
mark. Et beregnet indtægtstab for den
danske stat i manglende afgiftsbetaling
kan tage udgangspunkt i, at afgiften på
nikotinposer er 11 kr. pr. dåse (det typiske
tal i et varierende afgiftsbillede). Her vil en
stigning på 10,6 pct. i salgstallet fra Nielsen

Data betyde en stigning på 2.204.800 då-
ser, hvilket ville udløse en ekstra afgiftsbe-
taling på ca. 24,5 million kr. Denne ind-
tægt går den danske stat glip af som
følge af importen.

Gain information related to non-domestic or counterfeit cans by: Manufacturer, City, Brand family, Market variant
PROVISIONS

Participating companies: British American Tobacco (BAT) and Philip Morris International (PMI)

Participating companies provided financial support for this study. WSPM Group conducted the empty cans collection independently. The market
variant of all collected cans and the authenticity of the collected cans bearing their cans trademarks were examined by the participating
companies
