Call to Order and Adoption of the Agenda
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. with Ms. Margareta CEDERFELT
(Sweden), President of OSCE PA, in the Chair. The agenda was adopted.

Opening Remarks by the President of the OSCE Parliamentary
Assembly
Ms. Margareta CEDERFELT (President) made opening remarks to the Bureau.

Upcoming Activities of the OSCE PA
3.1
Adoption of the 2023 Winter Meeting Programme
The PRESIDENT proposed that the Bureau adopt the Programme for the
2023 Winter Meeting.
The Draft Programme was adopted.
Mr. Gustavo PALLARES (Deputy Secretary General) briefed the Bureau on
practical arrangements for the Winter Meeting.

Discussion on Other Activities
The PRESIDENT announced two upcoming election observation missions:
parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan on March 19 and general elections
in Turkey on May 14.
