Som tidligere meddelt, og i forlængelse af den vigtige dom om ytringsfrihed afsagt af EU-Domstolen i
tirsdags (C-401/19)
samt de nye oplysninger om forhandlingerne om DSA’en, fremsender jeg hermed, som
advokat for Meta/Facebook, til Erhvervsudvalget supplerende spørgsmål, som efter vores opfattelse bør
stilles til erhvervsministeren.
Spørgsmålene må gerne omdeles som et offentligt bilag i udvalget.
