Dear colleagues,
As announced before, let us kindly invite you to the
Interparliamentary Committee Meeting on
'Corporate
responsibility for serious human rights abuses in third countries'
which will take place on
Thursday, 21
April 2022 from 13:45
16:15 CET in the European Parliament in Brussels.
This meeting will be jointly
organised with the Committee on Human Rights (DROI) and the Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) of the EP.
The meeting will take place via videoconference, so the general rule is that Members of EU national
Parliaments, officials as well as National Parliaments Representatives are invited to participate in the
meeting
remotely online.
The official invitation letter and the draft agenda will follow in the coming days.
Please note that
up to four Members
of the relevant committee(s) from each national Parliament are
invited to participate (two from each Chamber in the case of bicameral Parliaments).
Further details of the technicalities, the interpretation languages and the online registration will follow
shortly.
