Parliaments of the 27 Member States

and the European Parliament

on European policies on behalf of citizens (CAP,

regional funds, and sustainable tourism in the new

context of the Green Deal)

Location: Val de Loire (organized by the Assemblée

nationale)

Registration of participants

The conference will have an itinerant aspect. The delegations will be

welcomed

at the Montparnasse train station in Paris,

starting at 2:00 p.m., for a common

departure by TGV at 4:31 p.m. on Sunday 20 March.

All transfer,

as well as the

return train to Paris on Monday 21 March, arriving at 6:32 p.m. at the

Montparnasse train station,

will be provided and offered by the Assemblée

nationale.

The dinner will be held at Clos Lucé and the conference at the Grange

de Meslay, both located about 15 minutes drive from Tours, where the TGV trains

arrive and depart.

Participants will be

accredited

during the TGV journey on Sunday 20 March

between 16h31 and 17h43. They will be issued with a badge, which must be worn

in a visible position throughout the event, including during meals. The badges

follow the tradition conference color code:

booking. In the event of cancellation, partial refunds will be available.

The delegations will be transferred to the place of the cultural visit, the moment

of conviviality with AOP products from France and the opening dinner.

Delegations will be driven from the hotels to the conference venue.

Shuttle

buses

will take them to the train station for the return trip to Paris at the end of

the conference.

Transport

Shuttle buses will provide transport for delegations

between the hotels

proposed above, the Clos Lucé and the Grange de Meslay. Delegations who opt

for other hotels will travel at their own expense.

Location

Health measures

The conference will take place in strict compliance with the mandatory health

measures in place at the time. These rules may, of course, be modified in

response to any change in the pandemic situation. We will keep you informed of

any change that might affect the organisation of the meeting.

As matters currently stand, participation in events will be subject to presentation

of a

vaccine pass as defined under French law,

i.e., a European certificate of

vaccination against Covid 19 certifying receipt of a

booster (3

) dose or a

second dose of vaccine received within the past 4 months.

Under certain

conditions, a

certificate of recent recovery

from Covid 19 infection dated within

the past 4 months may also confer the same rights as a vaccine pass.

Presentation of a negative test (PCR or antigen) alone, however, will not entitle

its holder to participate in the events.

Masks must be worn,

and

preventive measures and social distancing rules

always followed.

Hand sanitizer gel will be made available to all participants.

Covid coordinator

will monitor compliance with the health measures and

manage procedures for dealing with cases of infection and at-risk contacts: Julien

Please inform him immediately should you experience any symptoms suggestive

of Covid 19 infection or if you are identified as a contact.

Covid 19 testing

will be available in

neighbouring pharmacies.

Participation in the conference

Interpretation

Interpretation will be provided in

French, English, and German.

Documentation and Wi-Fi

A conference document, incorporating the programme and the list of participants,

will be available at the venue and on the website

www.parlue2022.fr.

The Wi-Fi

connection codes will be given out at the venue.

Submitting requests to speak

Those wishing to speak at any debate should

submit their request in advance

of the conference,

ideally by ticking the corresponding box on the registration

form or by contacting

. Forms requesting

an opportunity to speak will nevertheless be available in the meeting room. Any

would-be speakers who have not made themselves known in advance should

complete the form and hand it in to the conference secretariat on arrival.
