Concerning the Committee on
Wo e ’s Rights a d Ge de E uality
of the European Parliament (FEMM)
Interparliamentary Committee Meeting on
"Eliminating Violence against Women",
which will take place
on 30 November 2021 from 9.00 to 12.00, from 13.45 to 15.45 and from 16.45 to 18.45 CET
in the
European Parliament in Brussels, please find enclosed the
invitation letter
in English by Ms Evelyn REGNER,
Chair of the Committee on
Wo e ’s Rights a d Ge de E uality.
Also attached you will find the
preliminary draft agenda.
Please note that an updated version of the draft agenda with speakers will be
available in due time.
Due to the current restrictions on physical presence in the premises of the EP, introduced due to the
COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will take place via videoconference, so that Members of EU national
Parliaments, officials as well as National Parliaments Representatives are invited to participate in the
meeting
remotely online.
Please note that
up to four Members
of the relevant committee(s) from each national Parliament are
invited to participate (two from each Chamber in the case of bicameral Parliaments).
All participants from national Parliaments

Members, officials and Brussels-based representatives
–
will be
kindly requested to complete the online registration form which will be available at the end of October
2021. A notification email will be sent, when the registration is opened.
Further practical information on the meeting will follow closer to the meeting date.
