Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to kindly invite everyone to follow the
Second Annual Konstanty Kalinowski
Conference
organized by the Parliament of Republic of Lithuania in cooperation with the Office of
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and international partners.
The event will take place
on 22 March (Monday) 10:00 - 18:00
in the Seimas and remotely.
The purpose of the Conference is to assess what has already been achieved since the start of democratic
protests in Belarus and the first Kalinowski Conference in August of 2020, what should be done to
hold free, transparent and democratic elections in Belarus within the framework of the Organization
for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), as well as the vision of the new US President Joe
Biden Administration for cooperation and change in Belarus and Eastern Europe in the context of the
Summit for Democracy.
