Government Ministries grant the Occupation Military contracts, without calling for
tenders, to build houses for IDPs who have been denied aid and livelihoods
A. Ministry of Prison Reforms, Rehabilitation, Reconciliation and Hindu Religious
Affairs had been awarding the military with building contracts without calling for
tenders for several years. Ministry of Health also started
awarding building contracts to the military:
