(Central European Time, CET).

HOW TO JOIN THE CONFERENCE

The short instructions below will help you to find out how to connect to the conference
safely and easily via the
ZOOM platform.
BEFORE YOU START:
If you registered,
you will receive a link to join a Zoom Webinar.
If you do not
see the message in your mailbox, you should check SPAM or “less important”
inbox. In case you still do not see the invitation or did not receive it before Monday
23 March 2020 at 1PM, please
contact
the Organizer.
ON THE CONFERENCE DAY:
1.
You will receive a message with a link to the conference. Click the link to join the
conference. You will be redirected
to “zoom.us” website.
2.
You can use either website or Zoom application to connect to a conference.
We
recommend to download and install Zoom application.
It will ensure stable
connection and more options during the conversation.
3.
If you don’t have account on
Zoom platform please type your name and e-mail
address and join the webinar.
4.
During the conversation attendees can’t participate in the discussion with a
panelist. On your screen you will see and hear speakers taking part in a panel.
5.
Only Organizer or Moderator can decide whether to give you the floor or not. In
case you raise your hand be ready that the panelist can give you the floor during
conversation. Then make sure you have a working microphone and headphones.
6.
Please ask maximum one question at a time
so that panelists can read them in
the right order. Vulgar messages or messages not related to the subject of the
conference will be deleted by the Organizer and the participant will be removed
from the webinar.
7.
Attendees cannot chat with participants,
they can ask questions in the Q&A tab
and only Organizer or Moderator can decide whether to answer or not. Organizer or
Moderator can also allow individual Attendees to speak up, if a question appears.
8.
Attendees can only watch and listen to the panels. You can see a list of attendees
in the “Participant” tab right below the screen.
You can ask questions during the
panel via the Q&A box at the bottom of the window.
Panelists can see the
questions and answer them live during the conference or write back. You can also

raise hand, which signals the wish to ask a question live during the streaming.
Organizer or Moderator might unmute a specific attendee and give them a
possibility to ask the question.
