On behalf of the Parliament of Finland, we have the honour to invite you to attend the
Inter-Parlia-
mentary Conference on Stability, Economic Coordination and Governance in the European Un-
ion
that will take place in Helsinki on 30 September
–
1 October 2019 as part of the Finnish Presi-
dency of the Council of the European Union.
At the Conference, we would like to encourage the exchange of views on four topics: the future of
the economic governance in the EMU, the agenda for growth and jobs after the EU2020 strategy,
triggering of public and private investments in the EU and innovations for sustainable growth. We
are convinced that your participation at the Conference would provide a valuable contribution to
discussions on these topics.

the event. Kindly take note of the hotel reservation and registration deadlines. Further information
concerning the event will be sent to delegations in due time.
