2019 Global Parliamentary
Conference on 8-9 April 2019 in Washington D.C.,
jointly organised with the World Bank Group and the
International Monetary Fund.

will focus on harnessing disruptive technologies
for development and how to best prepare for the changing nature of work.
You will have the opportunity to engage with the leadership and experts of both international financial
institutions and discuss economic and development issues of global concern.
This ear’s discussio s ill focus
on the following topics among others: (1) Disruptive Technologies for Development; (2) Investing in Human
Capital, (3) and Taking action against Climate Change.
The International Secretariat and its partners are working on an exciting agenda and will send it to you
shortly. Sessions will be held in English and French.
