Exchange of information is the main asset of RIEC/LIEC

The cooperating partners commit themselves, in compliance
with the legal provisions concerning privacy, to provide/share all
necessary information.

All partners are obligated to maintain confidentiality.

The partners take appropriate technical and organisational
measures to protect data against loss and misuse (access
control, logging, secure information system).

OMCG Approach
Tasks of the LIEC:
•
Participating in the National Strategic Committee of the OMCG-
approach on behalf of RIEC/LIEC
•
Creating awareness, strengthening networks and sharing best
practices by organising conferences for Mayors of Dutch
Municipalities and operational experts, both in The Netherlands
and from other EU Member states an Europol
•
The RIECs deliver operational assistance in cases
