Dear Sir, I’m very hopeful you are well. But, we are not well and deeply concerned
as Bangladesh’s
current political and human rights situation is now horrible and especially
Bangladesh’s current illegitimate and unelected, undemocratic government trying to take over the
control of the whole judicial process in Bangladesh.
My father was a
former elected mayor in Bangladesh and Bangladesh’s principal opposition party
BNP popular and powerful leader. So, he got capital punishment death penalty. But, he never
involve any human rights violations of any criminalist activities. When I have been to Bangladesh.
Police tortured me and my left eye was very injured and I’m still now treatment in Stockholm Eye
Clinic. My mother is now alone and we can’t travel in Bangladesh.
Because, nobody is not save in
Bangladesh.
Bangladesh’s law enforcement agencies
every single day extrajudicial killings, torturing, enforced
disappearance innocent peoples and crackdown on opposition party’s activists. Bangladesh is now
police state. Bangladesh’s current political situation moving on the civil war. It like, Syria.
This current situation international community and especially Scandenivia countries and Denmark
can’t silent. Because, Denmark have been long standing voice and largest commitment about
human rights and democracy around the world.
Dear Sir, we need your
help. Your help can be save the Bangladesh’s 170 million peoples. I would
like to say Denmark and especially you are leading the global politics and human rights around the
world and Denmark on of the largest development partner of Bangladesh. So, you have lots of
opportunity help for us. Because, you are Honourable Chair of the Danish Foreign Affairs
Parliamentary Committee and one of the most important global actor in the world. Bangladesh
Nationalist Party (BNP) High Representatives are very interested to meet with you.
