Yang Jiang is Senior Researcher at the Danish Institute for International Studies. She does research
on the contemporary political economy of China, including domestic politics of economic reform,
policymaking of foreign economic policy, economic diplomacy, aid and outward investment. Her
current research projects include China's overseas investment in infrastructure, the role of
Chinese actors in conflict zones, and China's role in global economic governance.
