It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the Plenary Meeting of the LVIII COSAC, which will be held in
Tallinn as part of the parliamentary dimension of the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European
Union. The meeting will take place on 26—28 November2017.
Please find attached the draft programme of the meeting and the practical information. The registration
process for the hotels along with other relevant details are explained in the practical information. Please
kindly take note of the registration deadlines.
I am convinced that your participation in this event will significantly contribute to the discussions and the
exchange of views on key issues that the EU is facing today. The topics of the meeting include the future
of the European Union, bringing Europe closer to its citizens, Digital Single Market, Security Union, and
the external dimension of migration.
