Dear colleagues,
Seeking the peace and security of international society, Mr. Tadamori Oshima, Speaker of the House of
Representatives of Japan, has strongly protested against North Korea’s firing of a
ballistic missile on 29
August and a nuclear test on 3 September. He has also published two separate comments, calling on the
Japanese Government to closely cooperate with the international community in these matters.
As our Speaker wishes to share these comments with his counterparts, we are sending you English
