Activities & Duties:
Site development & Monitor the initial stages of construction
(excavating, Baseline Steel Structure, Back Filling etc). Coordinate
with Pre-cast supplier to Finalize the structural plan with necessary
changes to avoid defects. Ensure the on time supplies and follow the
scheduled erections of certain phases for the successful completion of
project. Monitoring & ensure the safe operation of the available heavy
equipment onsite (Excavators, wheel loaders, Cranes, Tower cranes
etc). Keep a check and balance upon the procurement department for
the smooth supplies to the project site and on a control price. Conduct
meetings with site staff and compile the progress report accordingly.
