CHANGE DENIAL
We are pleased to invite you to the next Sustainability Lecture on
28 April 2016.
The Sustainability Science Centre has invited
Naomi Oreskes
to explain the roots of climate
change denial, why it has been so persistent in the US, and what, if anything, might be done
about it.
Naomi Oreskes is a Professor of the History of Science and Affiliated Professor of Earth and
Planetary Sciences at Harvard University. A world-renowned historian of science, she is the
author of over 100 scholarly and popular books, articles, and opinion pieces.
Ole Wæver, Professor of International Relations at the Department of Political Science,
University of Copenhagen, is the moderator for this lecture.
