CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND ACCREDITATION
All participants are kindly requested to register online at
http://www.oeaw.ac.at/ita/en/epta-registration
by 10 October the latest
Participants will receive their accreditation badges and other documents upon admission to
Parliament.
All participants are requested to wear their badges throughout the meeting and during
related events. It is recommended that participants carry a personal ID at all times.

ACCOMMODATION
Quotas have been reserved for participants at two hotels: the Austria Trend Hotel
Rathauspark and the Fleming's Deluxe Hotel Vienna-City, which are located within walking
distance to the Austrian Parliament.

TRANSPORT
There will be
no official transport
from or to the airport. Participants are kindly requested
to arrange it individually.
A
shuttle
service will be provided for the
evening reception and dinner
on 20 October
(for participants of the EPTA Council) from parliament and to the hotels.
INTERPRETATION
There will be no interpretation provided during the conference.
VISAS
Please check with the nearest Austrian diplomatic mission or consulate if you need a visa
to enter Austria.
