Invitation – Annual Meetings of the World Bank & IMF, 5-9 October 2015
To the Committee Secretariat,
On behalf of the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank & IMF, it is my honour and pleasure to
extend your Committee an invitation to be part of the Parliamentary Delegation at the 2015 Annual
Meetings of the World Bank & IMF from 5-9 October 2015 in Lima, Peru.
As a member of the Delegation, you will have full accreditation to attend the 2015 Annual Meetings
of the World Bank & IMF. There will be meetings with senior IMF and WB staff on topics including
jobs and employment, the global economy, and the SDGs. The International Secretariat in Paris will
prepare the Delegation schedule and send it to you in due time.
Please note that the Parliamentary Network does
not
have the possibility to fund travel and
accommodation, including transfers from and to the airport. The conference will be held in English
and Spanish. We ask that you kindly delegate a member of your Committee and Parliament to join
us. I look forward to what is sure to be an engaging five days of discussion, debate and learning. We
hope to see Members of the Foreign Affairs Committee in Lima.
