I have the honour to invite you to attend the
Plenary Meeting of the LIII COSAC
that will take place
on 31 May –2 June 2015 in Riga during the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
I am convinced that your participation in this event will significantly contribute to the discussions on
the state of play of the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the European Union
Energy Policy, the European Union as a global actor with an emphasis on the EU Trade Policy for
next five years, as well as on the future of the Parliamentary scrutiny of the European Union affairs.
Feel free to get acquainted with the attached draft programme of the Plenary Meeting of the LIII
COSAC and the practical information.
The registration for the event and booking of accommodations at the suggested hotels will be
open
until 30 April 2015.
Please note that due to limited number of rooms at the suggested hotels, it will
not be possible to book accommodations after the previously mentioned deadline.
