Participants can collect their badges on Thursday 25 June
from 13.00 at the Senate.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English,
French and Italian. A limited number of booths – to be
assigned on a first come first served basis – will be made
available to delegations bringing their own interpreters.
Requests for such additional booths should be indicated in the
registration form by 5
th
June 2015.
The updated programme of the meeting, documents and
updated information will be available in English at
http://www.parlamento.it/growthineurope
Computers connected to the Internet will be made available
for delegations in a room adjacent to the meeting hall.
The meeting will be broadcast live on Senate satellite channel
and web TV.
WI-FI connection will be available
Please note that inside the Senate, men are required to wear a
jacket and a tie.
No weapons are allowed in the Senate
