The Conference will be held in the Plenary Hall of Palazzo Montecitorio
Registration forms should be filled in and sent to
no later than 13 September 2014.
Participants will receive their badges, invitations to social events and
general documentation on Monday 13 October from 9.30 to 11.30 at
the listed hotels. Delegations arriving at a later time will be able to
register at the meeting venue.

INTERPRETATION
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French and
Italian. Interpretation booths will be provided free of charge to
delegations accompanied by their own interpreters. Requests for
additional booths should be specified in the registration form as soon as
possible.
