Dear Heads of Delegations,
Parliamentary Elections have been called in Hungary for 6 April 2014, and OSCEPA President Krivokapic has decided to deploy an Election Observation Mission to theseelections.Please find attached a registration form for Members wishing to observe theelections in Hungary. We kindly ask you to return the completed form with a copy of thephotograph page from Members’ passports to Operations Officer Iryna Sabashuk at theInternational Secretariat at ([email protected]) as soon as possible, but no later than21 March 2014.
Please note that due to registration procedures, we may not be able toaccommodate those who register after the deadline.Further information, including a detailed programme, will be distributed toparticipants soon. Briefings for the mission are expected to be held 2-3 days beforeelection day, and Members are reminded that in accordance with the OSCE PA’s AstanaDeclaration of 2008, participants are expected to attend the full briefing programme aswell as the de-briefing following the election.I wish to remind you that national parliaments are responsible for their Members’expenses and that only English interpretation will be provided in meetings and briefings.
