Dear colleague,The Joint Committee Meeting on'The EU Internal Energy Market for the 21stCentury'co-organised by the European Parliament and the Seimas of the Republic ofLithuania was successfully held on 17 December 2013. We would like to express oursincere appreciation to the Committees which participated in the Joint CommitteeMeeting.We believe that our discussions have clearly shown that a dialogue between theEuropean Parliament and the national Parliaments on the completion of the EUinternal energy market is worthwhile and should be developed further.
