In our capacity as Chairpersons of the Committees on Agriculture and the
Committees on Industry and Economic Activities of the Italian Parliament, we are pleased to
invite you to participate in the Meeting of Chairpersons of Committees on Agriculture,
Industrial Development and SMEs to be held in Rome in the framework of the
parliamentary dimension of the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The Meeting will take place on Monday 27 October 2014 at the Senate of the
Republic, and will be preceded by a welcome dinner on Sunday 26 October.
Please find enclosed the draft programme of the Meeting, as well as a general
information document containing all practical information, including details on hotel
accommodation. You are kindly requested to make your registration by sending an email to
and return your hotel reservation form directly to the hotel of your
choice.
