Date and venue of the Conference:

The Conference opens on 10 September 2014 in the Croatian Parliament. The other part of theConference will be held in Mali Lošinj on the island of Lošinj. There will be an organizedtransport to Mali Lošinj for all the participants in front of the Croatian Parliament building on11 September 2014 at 3 p.m. as well as to the Zagreb airport.On September, 11 at 8.30 a.m. the chauffeurs will pick up your luggage from your hotels.

Preliminary online applications

following the preliminary invitation are sent via Conferenceweb pagewww.eicst.euno later than 15 April 2014.

Final online applications

following the official invitation are sent via Conference web pagewww.eicst.euno later than 15 June 2014.

Registration and accreditation of Conference participants:

Registration desks will be in your hotels in Zagreb. You are kindly asked to register uponarrival into your hotel in Zagreb in order to participate at the Conference. The access to alldocuments will be via Conference web page and some printed documents will be distributedto you upon accreditation. For security reasons, all participants are requested to wear theirbadges visibly at all times.

Arrival / Departure:

All participants are kindly requested to add their travel details to their online application form(plane, car), time of arrival and departure, flight number. There will be an organized transportfor the participants from the Zagreb International airport to hotels. Upon arrival you arerequested to contact the organization desk. There will be an organized transport for theparticipants from Mali Lošinj to the Zagreb International Airport. The organizer covers localtransportation costs.

Accommodation:

Hotel rooms in different categories have been reserved for Conference participants. Hotelscan be located on our map. All hotels are near the Conference venue that is the CroatianParliament and Mali Lošinj offers the same hotel for accommodation and conference venue.

Important information:

-----National parliaments delegations should be composed of no more than five persons(staff included);Delegations of international organizations and other institutions should be composedof no more than three persons;Croatian Parliament covers the cost of the Conference organization, localtransportation, lunches and dinners;Participants are responsible for organizing and paying their own travel costs to Croatiaas well as accommodation;Conference participants can decide to stay longer in Croatia. In that case they organizeaccommodation and transportation on their own.

Media coverage:

Conference will be covered by Croatian media representatives.National parliaments and institutions invited can suggest press representatives from theirrespected countries. National parliaments can deliver the press mailing list to the organizer inorder to send them the presscut media reports daily by e-mail.All press materials will be available at the Conference web page.

Medical services will be available during theConference.

Currency / Bank

Croatian national currency is Kuna. There is anexchange office on the ground floor of theCroatian Parliament and in the hotels.Pleasant late summer temperatures are expectedin Croatia in September (daytime temperatures 22– 30℃,night temperatures 14 – 24℃).GMT + 1
