JustificationfornationalhivesintheEUonhumanrightsTheFaroeIslandsareautonomouswithitsownlaws,butissubjecttotheDanishlegalcommunity.HumanrightsareapplicableintheFaroeIslands,withthesameconditionsastheotherKingdomwiththedifferencethathumanrightsarenotrespectedontheislands.EverytimeDenmark,complainedtotheStrasbourgCourt,makingtheKingdom'scourtsandDanishinstitutionstogreatlengthstosabotagethesecomplaintshaveresultedinthatnocomplainthasbeentakenupbytheCourtinStrasbourgever.ItisthereforesurprisingthattheFaroesnocomplainthasbeenadmittedbytheCourt,whileallotherNordiccountrieshavewonmorecasesbeforetheCourt.AsajournalistIhaveforseveralyearsbeenfrustratedbynotgettingthesamerightsasjournalistsinDenmarkproperandothercountries,andthusanewcomplaintunconstitutionallyisrejected,Ihavetostatethisfornationalhives.Ihaveregularlyreceivedsentencesofothernamedpersonsopinions,becausetheDanishauthoritiesprovenexercisecensorshipinordertoclosethenewspaper.IwanttomakeMemberStatesawareoftheFaroeIslandsinnowaybenefitfromthehumanrights,asalsothatrejectionisclearlyofapoliticalnature.Attachedcomplaintwithdocuments.Sincerely,DanKlein,journalistFaroeIslands
