Substitute Toll conceptASFINAG is no public authority, therefore, in case of adetectedtoll violationno fine is imposed but as a legal settlement asubstitute toll is offered:•€ 220,- for non-payment of GO-Toll•€ 110,- for false payment of GO-Toll•€ 120,- for no valid toll stickerIf the substitute toll offer is rejected an administrative penaltyproceedings is opened.
