The Presidential Election in Georgia has been called for 27 October 2013, and followingan invitation from the Georgian Foreign Minister, President Krivokapic has decided todeploy an OSCE PA Election Observation Mission to GeorgiaPlease find attached a registration form for Members wishing to observe the elections inGeorgia together with the accreditation form and a note concerning hotel reservations.We kindly ask you to return the completed forms with a copy of the photograph pagefrom Members’ passports to Operations Officer Iryna Sabashuk at the InternationalSecretariat at ([email protected]) as soon as possible, but no later than27 September.
I will be responsible for the organization of this mission, and the contact for practicalarrangements at the International Secretariat is Operations Officer, Iryna Sabashuk.I wish to remind you that national parliaments are responsible for their Members’expenses and that all meetings and briefings will be conducted in Georgian andEnglish
only.
