Dear Heads of Delegations,
You will now start receiving the reports and draft resolutions prepared by the
Rapporteurs of the three General Committees of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in
all six languages as they become available. These documents will be discussed,
amended, and adopted in some form at the Twenty-Second Annual Session in Istanbul,
29 June - 3 July 2013.
I would also like to remind you of the deadlines for presenting supplementary
items and amendments:
1.
Supplementary Items
(signed by 20 members representing at
least 4 countries) must be received at International Secretariat in Copenhagen
not later than Thursday, 23 May, 2013.
2.
Amendments to the Draft Resolutions
presented by the
Rapporteurs (signed by 5 members representing at least 2 countries) must be
received at the International Secretariat in Copenhagen
not later than on
Thursday, 13 May, 2013.
3.
Amendments to the Supplementary Items
(signed by 5
members representing at least 2 countries) must be received at the
International Secretariat in Copenhagen
not later than Thursday, 20 June,
2013.
