Dear Sir,It is my honour and pleasure to extend to you an invitation to attend the Parliamentary Network’s high levelconference on ‘PrivateSector Development Doing Business in Africa – Cornerstone for Sustainable Growth’to take place from 14 to 16 March 2012 in Kigali, Rwanda.The objective of the conference is to bring together 150 to 200 participants - parliamentarians,representatives of the private sector as well as donor countries - to discuss how to improve the investmentclimate in Africa and how African countries can create conditions to facilitate sustainable private sectordevelopment and inclusive growth.By providing a platform to exchange cross-country experiences, creating a knowledge exchange betweenthese groups, Parliamentarians will be better equipped for creating the right legislation for private sectordevelopment.The conference will be hosted in partnership with the Parliament and the Government of Rwanda.
