international conference on “Doing business in Africa” to take place on the 14-16

March, 2012 in Kigali, RWANDA.

The high level meeting, organized together with the Parliament and Government of Rwanda, will bringtogether parliamentarians, senior representatives of the African private sector, multilateral organisations aswell as donor countries.This will be an excellent opportunity for participants to share the doing business reform experiences acrossAfrica and engage in a fruitful debate on the role of Parliament in improving the business climate in theregion.In preparation of the conference,

we strongly urge you to ask a parliamentary question in your Parliament

to the Minister in charge of the policy reforms for creating a favourable environment for business. Wekindly ask you to send the answers to the Secretariat of the PN by the end of the year, if possible.
