Dear Ambassador,OECD High-Level Parliamentary Seminar on “BestPractices in Governance: The Role of Parliaments”,8-9 March 2012(Chile)The next OECD High-Level Parliamentary Seminar on “Best Practices in Governance: The Role of Parliaments” will take place onThursday 8 and Friday 9 March 2012. Thanks to the kind offer of the Chilean Chamber of Deputies the seminar will be held inSantiago de Chile. This is the first time that an OECD High-Level Parliamentary Seminar takes place outside Paris.The seminar is open to representatives from the parliamentary/legislative branch of government. It offers an exceptionalopportunity for Members of Parliament to exchange views with their colleagues and OECD experts on a range of key issues.Observers from delegations or OECD embassies in Chile are welcome to attend.
