Accreditation

Meeting Venue

The meeting will take place at Forum Horsens, Langmarksvej 53,8700 Horsens.

Dinner

On Thursday evening, 26 April, there will be an official dinner for allconference delegates at Horsens Art Museum, Carolinelundsvej 2,8700 Horsens.Transportation from hotels to the dinner at the Museum will be or-ganised by the Danish Presidency.

Interpretation

The language regime during plenary sessions is 4/4 (EN, FR, DE andDK).During workshops the language regime is 2/2 (EN, FR).Interpretation is provided by the European Commission, DG Interpre-tation.

Travel arrangements will be made by Carlson Wagonlit on behalfof the Danish Presidency. Travel plan and ticket will be sent to partic-ipants via e-mail by Carlson Wagonlit 14 days after receipt of regis-tration.Please note that the Danish Presidency will not reimburse the costsfor travelling arrangements you have made yourself.

Please show your EU2012 badge for access.

Transportation

Delegation members may use a shuttle bus system that is establishedespecially for the duration of the EU Presidency. The shuttle systemwill connect Billund Airport to the conference venue and hotels. Thetime table and frequencies of the shuttle are based on arrival anddeparture data extracted from the accreditation system.Please note that any delegate accommodated in hotels other than theone indicated in the Danish Presidency booking system are kindlyrequested to make their own travel arrangements.

Public Transport

The Danish EU Presidency encourages the use of public transporta-tion, and in addition to the shuttle bus system there are public bussesthat upon request stop at both Forum Horsens and the hotel.Delegates arriving through Copenhagen Airport can choose to travelto Horsens by train. Train service runs hourly and the duration is be-tween 2h20 and 2h40. Tickets can be booked onwww.dsb.dk
