Georgian Airways has scheduled a Charter flight for OSCE PA delegates travelling from Vienna toBatumi and from Batumi to Vienna as below:A9 1682 : 11 MayA9 1681 : 14 MayVienna (VIE): 12:00 – Batumi (BUS) : 16:50 (LT)Batumi (BUS) : 15:45 – Vienna (VIE) : 17:00 (LT)
N.B. Exact time slots have still to be confirmed from Vienna Airport at the date of 14 March 2012.
2. BOOKINGPROCEDUREThe flights (A9 1682 - 11 May and A9 1681 - 14 May, VIE-BUS-VIE) will be only open for OSCE PAdelegation reservationsuntil 16 April.The delegates can send the booking request for these flights via e-mail to:[email protected]or[email protected]After receiving the request, Georgian Airways will send the invoice and after payment the E-Ticket.
3. FARES& CONDITIONSFrom Vienna to Batumi and return :Business Class Return (JRT)Economy Class Return (YRT)Business Class one way (JOW)Economy Class one way (YOW)::::Euro 870 including taxes/feesEuro 370 including taxes/feesEuro 570 including taxes/feesEuro 270 including taxes/fees
Any cancelation before ticketing will be free of charge. After ticketing the cancelation fee is 50 Euro.
4. GENERALIf there are less than 45 passengers, Georgian Airways will operate the flight with the aircraft type:CRJ200 – 6 C/Cl and 40 Y/Cl seats.If there are more than 45 passengers, Georgian Airways will operate with the aircraft type:B737-500 –12C/Cl and 98 Y/Cl seats.You are encouraged to confirm your travel arrangements as soon as possible.
