TransfersCoachtransport will be provided for all participants between the conference hotels and allmeeting and reception venues.The coach for the transfer from the different hotels to the Senate will wait for the participantsat rue du Loxum (see map).Dinner at the Belgian Senate, departure on Sunday at 7.30 pm.Meeting at the Belgian Senate, departure on Monday at 8.15 am.

AccreditationsAll participants to the meeting will be provided with an accreditation badge. It may be pickedup at the Belgian Senate on Sunday 21 November 2010 from 7.00 pm until 8.00 pm and onMonday 22 November 2010 at the Senate as from 8.30 am.Badges cords follow this colour code :Member of Parliament : redOfficial : blueOrganisation : green

InterpretationSimultaneous translation will be provided in French, Dutch and English.3 extra translation booths will be provided and will be allocated on a first come first servedbasis.

DocumentsSession documents will be updated regularly on the website. Final versions will be provided onaccreditation. Documents will be provided in English and French.

Meeting roomA room with computers, fax machine and telephone will be open to participants. All computerswill have internet access and a wi-fi connection will also be made available (user name andpassword available at the accreditation desk).

Non-smoking policySmoking is strictly prohibited in the Parliament building.

CurrencyEuro is the currency in use in Belgium.The Conference hotels can provide currency exchange.
