The OSCE PA has been invited to observe the presidential elections in the KyrgyzRepublic scheduled for 30 October 2011. I would like to remind you that all observers are expected to arrive in Bishkek intime to attend the briefings on 28-29 October 2011, and stay for the observer debriefingon the morning of 31 October 2011. We are working on logistical arrangements forthis Mission, and we will provide you with more information, including on hotelaccommodation as soon as possible.I also wish to inform you that national parliaments are responsible for all expenses oftheir members and that all meetings and briefings will be conducted in English only.
