President Petros Efthymiou has decided to deploy an Election ObservationMission to these elections.Those interested in obtaining more information about the Election Observation Mission toBelarus are asked to contact Programme Officer Anna Chernova ([email protected]) or LogisticsOfficer Petra Jezkova ([email protected]) at the International Secretariat.Please find attached registration and accreditation forms for Members wishing to observe theseelections. We kindly ask you to return the completed forms along with a scanned copy of theMembers’ passport as well as electronic photograph to the International Secretariat

Please note that due to observer accreditation procedures, no late registrationswill be possible. In addition, I would like to remind you that all observers are expected to arrivein Minsk in time to attend the briefings on 17-18 December, and stay for the observer debriefingon the morning of 20 December.I also wish to inform you that national parliaments are responsible for all expenses of theirmembers and that all meetings and briefings will be conducted in English only.The OSCE PA will work in co-operation with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions andHuman Rights and international parliamentary institutions present during the election.
