Wekindly ask you to return the completed registration form along with a scanned copy of theMembers’ passport as well as electronic photograph to the International Secretariat

Please note that due to observer accreditation procedures, no late registrationswill be possible. In addition, I would like to remind you that all observers are expected to arrivein Chisinau in time to attend the briefings on 26-27 November, and stay for the observerdebriefing on the morning of 29 November. We are currently working on hotel arrangementsand other logistical arrangements, and we will circulate more information as soon as possible.I also wish to inform you that national parliaments are responsible for all expenses of theirmembers and that all meetings and briefings will be conducted in English only.The OSCE PA will work in co-operation with the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions andHuman Rights.
