Dear Colleagues,We have the pleasure to invite you to the XLVI COSAC Plenary meeting which will take place from2 until 4 October 2011 in Warsaw as part of the parliamentary dimension of the Polish Presidencyof the EU Council.The XLVI COSAC Plenary meeting will be inaugurated on 2 October 2011. The meeting will startwith a concert at the Warsaw Philharmonic, followed by an official dinner hosted by the Marshalof the Polish Sejm and the Marshal of the Polish Senate.On 3 October 2011 we would like to discuss the multiannual financial framework for the years2014-2020, taking into account the budgetary policy and the cohesion policy. On the following dayof the meeting we would like to talk about the state of play of the Polish Presidency of the EU Counciland evaluate parliamentary best practices and experience in the implementation of the Treaty of Lisbon.Enclosed please find the agenda of the meeting and information regarding organisationof the conference.
