Styrelsen förutsätts vara aktiv, och anställer enchef för verksamheten (nu på 50%). Styrelsen gör en grovekonomisk planering för året som sedan chefen opererar inom.Chefen driver scenen och produktionskollektivet efter delinjer som styrelsen beslutat om. Chefen anställer övrigpersonal, i nuläget en producent 50% tid och en ekonom25% tid. Chefen lägger programförslag, och är ansvarig föransökningar och omvärldskontakter.De fyra scenkonstnärerna är fria att använda scenensresurser, och kommer med förslag på projekt man vill göra.När styrelsen behandlar budget tas beslut om vilka projektsom ska genomföras under året. Då frigörs också pengarsom projektledaren för respektive projekt har hand om.(Projekt kan också vara turné, labb eller vad som helst).Även om man inte har något projekt för tillfället har man ändåtillgång till lokaler och resurser.
