PRACTICAL INFORMATIONA-ZArrival and Distribution of Access CardsThe reception area for this meeting is located in the entrance zone of the Paul-HenriSpaak building (PHS), rue Wiertz, and will be indicated by signs. Registeredparticipants can collect their access cards either from the reception or from theirNational Parliament Representative (if pre-arranged).Opening hours of the reception area:Tuesday, 26 October 2010, 14h00 - 15h45National Parliament Representatives may collect their delegation's access cardsfrom the offices of the Directorate for relations with national Parliaments (5th floorWIE building) from 10h00 onwards.
Car AccessShould participants arrive by car, it is possible to use the EP parking facilities(entrance via rue d'Ardenne). Please provide the relevant registration number, carmodel and the driver's name in advance to[email protected]

CloakroomCoats may be left (unguarded) on coat racks outside the meeting room. TheEuropean Parliament declines responsibility for the loss or theft of items.
Internet / WIFI AccessParticipants using their own laptops and having a WIFI card may request a username and password from the EP Infocentre (entrance close to Room 1E2 -AltieroSpinelli building). The user name and password need to be requested the same dayand cannot be requested in advance. Password and user name are valid for 24hours. For further questions, please contact the Infocentre at the EuropeanParliament in Brussels directly (EP internal telephone number 84300).
Meeting DocumentsMeeting documents will be distributed in the meeting room and are available on theNational Parliaments pages on the EP website and at the IMCO Committee website.
Restaurant facilitiesParticipants may have access to the Parliament's restaurant on the 2nd floor of theJózsef Antall (JAN) building. Access via 3rd floor walkway from the Altiero Spinellibuilding (follow signs for the JAN building)
